2. Use License & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, TrackMyLTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for managing your lifetime deals portfolio.

2.1 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to bypass any service limitations or restrictions
Use the Services for any illegal purposes
Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services
Scrape or collect data from our Services without permission
Resell or redistribute access to our Services

3. Account Terms

To use our Services, you must:

Create a valid account with accurate information
Keep your account credentials secure
Update your information as needed to maintain accuracy
Report any unauthorized access immediately
Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both monthly subscriptions and lifetime deals. Payment is required in advance for all plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

4.2 Refunds

For monthly plans, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our Services. Lifetime deal purchases are final and non-refundable after the initial 14-day period. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Existing lifetime deal holders will not be affected by price changes. Monthly subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.

5. Data Management

TrackMyLTD helps you manage information about your lifetime deals. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market values or deal information. Users are responsible for verifying all information.

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by TrackMyLTD and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of your lifetime deal information. By using our Services, you grant us permission to store and process this information to provide and improve our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackMyLTD is not liable for:

Accuracy of lifetime deal values or information
Changes in lifetime deal terms by providers
Service interruptions or data loss
Decisions made based on our analytics or insights

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to our Services. Lifetime deal holders may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
